Finish Line Secure Zone Management/Cleanup

Details

Assist runners through the secure zone, distributing food and drinks, encouraging runners,notifying EMS of any injuries. Clean up after runners finish. Some lifting required. Able to walk and stand for a 4 hour shift.

Finisher Medal Awarding

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Present our 2016 Finisher Medals to our runners, hanging them around their necks at our Finish Line! No lifting required. Able to walk and stand for a 4 hour shift.

Finish Line/Secure Zone Set up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Set up our Secure Zone (all of our runners’ food and drinks) and Finish Line. Some lifting required (tables, boxes of food and drinks). Able to walk and stand for a 4 hour shift.

Clean Up

Details

assist in packing up, organizing and cleaning up the Keeneland Barn & Entertainment Center and grounds surrounding. Lifting and physical labor involved. Great for a group to volunteer together!
