- Thank you for considering this volunteer job!
- Setup and manage equipment (tables, water jugs, cups, trash, etc) at an aid station on the race course.
- Fills cups about half way full with hydration fluid(s).
--- Fluids are usually water and a performance drink, like SWORD.
- Offer cups to runners/walkers as they pass the station.
--- Place cup on your flat palm to allow runners to grab as they pass.
- Clean up all trash generated by the race participants.
- After last participant passes, the station can be broken down.
--- All fluids can be dumped.
--- If possible, return equipment & unused supplies to 3WR trailer.
--- If assistance needed, please coordinate with the course signage team to return equipment to 3WR trailer.
