This is the turn around point for all runners, who will be tired, hungry and thirsty and in need of kind souls offering words of encouragement, helping refill water bottles and make sure plenty of snacks are set out for runners to choose from.

All supplies are provided - all you need to bring is smiling face, helping hands & a boost of energy. Lots of standing, so wear comfortable shoes, sun protection and bring your own water bottle.

Running Soles High Priority

The Running Soles Aid Station is the most used aid station, receiving runners up to 4 times (if running the 50K).

As with the other stations, we need kind souls offering words of encouragement, helping refill water bottles and make sure plenty of snacks are set out for runners to choose from.

All supplies are provided - all you need to bring is smiling face, helping hands & a boost of energy. Lots of standing, so wear comfortable shoes, sun protection and bring your own water bottle.

Benchmark Therapy

Details

This is the aid station our tired runners look forward to. Situated at the Finish Line, this station is staffed by licensed Physical Therapists who will help runners smooth out injuries or soreness

This station not only needs kind souls offering words of encouragement, helping refill water bottles and make sure plenty of snacks are set out for runners to choose from, but also skilled hands willing to assist the PTs. This is a GREAT option for PT students to get real-world experience!

ROAD CROSSING SAFETY

Road Crossing Guards High Priority

Details

There are 3 areas along the race where the trail crosses roads leading in and out of the Park.

For our runners safety, we need volunteers who will flag down & stop vehicles as runners are attempting to cross.

Volunteers will be equipped with safety vests and red flags. Volunteers are advised to ear comfortable shows (long periods of standing) and sun protection.

BIKE MONITORS

BIKE MONITORS

Details

Bike monitors will ride up & down the trail monitoring for any runner difficulties needing addressed. If a distressed runner is identified, the bike monitor will call for assistance.
