New Registration
• Signup new athletes using the iPads
• Assist with packet pickup, as needed
• Answer any other questions or direct to Dean/Paula

Packet Pickup
• Verify the identity of the person – Driver’s license preferred
• Look up name in the RaceDay CheckIn app on the iPads and check them in
• Assign a bib and attach timing chip to the back
• Place correct sticker on the bib (5K/10K-pink, half-yellow, full-blue, ultra-red)
• Give athlete his/her bib and swag bag
• If different shirt size is requested, athlete may check back Sunday after 8:15 AM
• Answer any other questions or direct to Dean/Paula

Aid Stations
• Provide encouragement and music to athletes
• Refer to participant list and cheer people by name
• Stage small cups of water on the table
• Stage larger cups of Tailwind on the table
• Stage gels on the table
• Wear food safety gloves
• When offering something to athletes, hold it out with a straight arm pinching the lip with a finger and thumb so the athletes can grab easily
• Announce to the athletes what you are holding and look for them to make eye contact
• Offer water to 5K and 10K participants who will have PINK dots on their bibs
• Offer water, gels, and Tailwind to all other participants
• Keep the path clear of trash
• Open lid to toters (one at each end of the trash drop zone on each side of the path)
• Pick up trash
o Change gloves afterwards
• Tidy up the toilet facilities occasionally with disinfectant and paper towels
