Details

Assist with checking in athletes and distributing bibs and t-shirts. 7:30/8AM - 10:0AM

Bus Guide for Gold Star Families Medium Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Lead Gold Star Families to the bus to take them to their Hero Markers. Assist the bus driver with spotting people who need to be picked back up. Report to the buses in front of The American Legion (across from Barnes Memorial Park) by 10:40AM.

Post Race Clean Up High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive at 11:30AM to enjoy the BBQ and then stay to clean up after the run

Barnes Memorial Field (run start and finish location)

Award Finish Line Medals Medium Priority

Details

Meet the the finish line at 11AM to cheer the runners as they leave and at 11:15AM start distributed medals and ringing cowbells.
