Keep runners hydrated and encouraged along the course! Duties include filling and handing out water cups, cheering on runners, and cleaning up cups after
the race passes.

Race Set Up

Help set the stage before the event begins. Duties include setting up tables,
tents, and signage, and arranging water stations and snack tables.
Time: 7:30-8:30am

Finish Line Snack Table

Support tired runners with refreshments and smiles. Duties include setting up
and maintaining the snack table, handing out water, fruit, and snacks, and
keeping the area clean and stocked.

Race Greeters/Course Guides

Be a friendly face and help people find their way! Duties include being stationed
along Wells Avenue and the event area, directing runners to registration, the
start line, restrooms, and answering common questions.
