Water Stop Volunteers Vinal Ave
Water stop 9-bike tail, check in @8:30am at the Volunteer Tent, LOCATION Vinal Street Exact location:
Lead Volunteer:
In charge of volunteer check-in for water stop
Ensure the table, water, cups, trash bins, etc get dropped off and setup at Vinal Street
Ensure no trash is left behind, table, cups, etc. are cleaned up
Volunteer:
Table, water, cups, and trash bags will be provided in the Uhaul
If somebody has a rake (like raking leaves) please bring it! It helps to get all the cups
Upon arrival somebody will need to drive the Uhaul to Vinal Street and begin setup if it is not already there
Setup the table and trash bins, start pouring water into the cups
Walkers start at 9:45am
Runners start at 10am
We use 9oz cups, fill about 1/2 to 2/3s of the way
cleanup: like camping :) leave nothing behind
Sweepers will tell you when the last runner has gone by
