- Setup registration, t-shirt table, sponsor signage, awards, food tables, etc.

Registration (7:30am - 9:15am)

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

- Check-in pre-registered participants and sign-up race-day registration participants.

Mile Marker Timers (8:00am - 10:30am)

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

- Announce time to participants as they pass the mile marker.

Finish Line Timing Helpers (8:00am - 10:30am)

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

- Help the head timer and/or timing company record times.

Course Marshal (8:00am - 10:30am)

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

- Direct participants on the course.

Water Station (8:00am - 10:30am)

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

- On the course at the water station, pour water into paper cups quickly and hand out water to the participants.

Refreshments (9:15am - 11:00am)

- Set up refreshments on the tables and manage this area.
