Celebration Ambassador (Hospitality & Info)

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Help us transition from the finish line to the festivities! As a Celebration Ambassador, you are the face of our cultural celebration. Your goal is to keep the energy high, help guests find their way, and support our local vendors. This is a low-stress, high-interaction role perfect for social butterflies!

Key Responsibilities:
Info & Merch Hub: Staff the main organization tent to answer basic questions (schedules, bathroom locations, etc.) and sell any remaining event t-shirts.

Vendor Support: Do a periodic "lap" of the vendor area to see if any small business owners need a quick bottle of water or a 5-minute break.

Hospitality: Greet community members as they arrive for the public portion of the event.

Tidiness Check: Keep an eye on the "look" of the event—if a trash can is overflowing or a sign falls over, let the Event Lead know!
