Please arrive at 8:00 AM to check-in and then you can walk or drive to your location on the course. Volunteer shift will end at approximately 11:00AM.

Volunteers will direct runners at critical locations along the course.

Volunteer assignment may change on race day, we will do our best to make any accommodations.

Post Race Snacks

Please arrive at 8:00 AM to check-in. Volunteer shift will end at approximately 11:00AM.

Before race, assist with setting up hot chocolate and holiday treats. During race, help with distributing post-race refreshments and make sure participants are moving through the lines. After the race, assist with clean-up.

Packet Pickup/Finish Line

Please arrive at 7:15 AM to check-in. Volunteer shift will end at approximately 10:30AM.

Before race, help hand out race bibs and shirts to participants and in setting up the finish area. During race, assist in moving participants through the finish chute, distribute medals, and direct participants to the refreshments and post-race area. Post-race, help with clean up of area.

Water Stop - FMS NJHS Volunteers

Tasks include setting up the water stop, handing out cups of water to participants, and helping to clean up the area after runners pass.

Please arrive at 8:00 AM to check-in at the Susquehanna Center, and then you can walk or drive to your location on the course. Volunteer shift will end at approximately 10:00AM.

Cheer station! Feel free to bring signs, decorations, music, dress in costume, etc. Anything you bring with you needs to be cleaned up prior to leaving the space - please make sure the area is fully clear before checking out.
