Start and Finish Areas

You must be 11 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 9 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Updated shift time is approximately 7:30AM- 10:30AM.

Please allow time to park and make your way to the volunteer check-in inside the auxiliary gym by 7:30AM.

Pre-race, volunteers will assist with setting up the post-race area, parking, or handing out late pick-up packets and shirts. During the race, volunteers will hand out refreshments to finishers and direct participants from the finish to the post-race area. Post-race, assist with clean up of the area and check out with the team lead.

Ages 11 and up may volunteer at start/finish area. For volunteers under age 18, their parent must register them and agree to volunteer terms. All volunteers under age 18 must be with a parent or designated adult with parent's permission when assisting with start/finish area.

Plenty of free parking on site. Please note your volunteer assignment may change on race day; we will do our best to make any accommodations.

Course marshals

You must be 11 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Volunteers will assist as a course marshal, directing participants along the course and encouraging them along the way. After the last runner/walker has passed, clean up the area and check out with the team lead.

Water Stations

You must be 6 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 6 volunteer spots remaining.

Please allow time to park and make your way to the volunteer check-in inside the auxiliary gym by 7:30 AM.

Water stop volunteers will set up the station, then hand cups of water to participants and cheer them on as they pass. After the last runner/walker has passed, clean up the area, and check out with the team lead.

Ages 6 and up may volunteer as water station attendants. For volunteers under age 18, their parent must register them and agree to volunteer terms. All water station volunteers under age 18 must be with a parent or designated adult with parent's permission when staffing a water station.
