Finish Line Giveaway

You will be positioned just after the finish line ready to hand out a giveaway to each participant. The finish line will be in the parking lot adjacent to Westlake Drive.

Registration

Registration will be located in the parking lot adjacent to Westlake Drive. Assist parents with registration.

Rabbit

Details

Be the rabbit (OR co-rabbit or tail) to assist in several event heats (1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile) to stay ahead of all participants or to be the tail end.

Course Marshal

Details

Any volunteer under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times. Meet in the parking lot adjacent to Westlake Drive. Bring your noisemakers (if you have any), and direct all participants on the correct running course.

Truck Unloading

October 4, 2025

Details

Meet at the MCRRC Warehouse to help clean and put away equipment. As the event concludes at 10:00 at the park, a coordinator will connect with you between 10:15 and 10:45 (before she/he leaves the park) to meet you at the below location.
