Details

Shift Time is approximately 7:30AM to 11:00AM.

Please allow time to park and check in at Lost Ark Distilling Company by 7:30AM.

Pre-race, volunteers will help set up finish line area and post-race party.
During the race, volunteers will hand out water and medals to participants, direct them through the finish and to the post race area, and assist with snacks at the refreshment area. Post-race, volunteers will help clean up the area and check out with the CCR team lead.

Please note your volunteer assignment may change on race day, we will do our best to make any accommodations.

Water Stop

Shift Time is approximately 7:00AM to 9:45AM.

Please allow time to park and make your way to the volunteer check-in at Charm City Run Columbia by 7AM. Volunteers will then drive to their water stop location, which will be communicated on race day.

Pre-race, volunteers will set up water stop. During the race, volunteers will distribute water to the runners and cheer them on. After the last participant has passed, volunteers will clean up the water station and check out with the CCR team lead.

Course Marshals

Please allow time to park and make your way to the volunteer check-in at Charm City Run Columbia by 7AM. Volunteers will then drive to their course marshal location, which will be communicated on race day.

Pre-race, set up course as needed and prepare for the first runner. During the race, volunteers will direct participants along the course and cheer them on. Post-race, volunteers will clean up the area as needed and check out with the CCR team lead.
