Shift Time is approximately 7:30AM to 10:30AM.

Report directly to water stop location by 7:30AM. Text Volunteer Coordinator upon your arrival.

Pre-race, volunteers will prepare the water station. During the race, volunteers will distribute hydration to runners while keeping trail tidy. Post-race, volunteers will clean up the area and check-out with CCR team lead.

Water Stops #4-6

Shift Time is approximately 8:30AM-Noon

Report directly to assigned water stop location by 8:30AM. Text Volunteer Coordinator upon your arrival.

Pre-race: prepare water and Gatorade to be handed out.
During race: distribute water and Gatorade while keeping trail tidy.
Post-race: clean up area and check-out with CCR team lead.

Details

Shift Time is 9:00am-Noon.

Pre-race, volunteers will assist with setting up refreshments for runners. During the race, volunteers will hand out bottled water, cool towels, or snacks to participants. Post-race, volunteers will help clean up the area and check out with the CCR team lead.
