You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of participants around the scenic overlook and pavilion area while also being able to guide and give direction where necessary.

You will be responsible for tending to the creativity outlet for painting rocks with any participant that chooses to paint their own rock.

You will be responsible for ensuring vehicle are parking in the Beaver Dam Rd. parking lot and ensuring participants know where to get on the shuttle that will transport them to the race location.

Finish Line Cheer Squad Medium Priority

You will be the pep and cheer squad for participants as they cross the finish line. This can be doubled with a check in table volunteer as well following check in.

You will be responsible for ensuring all participant vehicles are legally parked and that participants know which direction to travel for check-in.

Details

You will be responsible for assisting in cleaning up and organizing the race facilities following the race event.

Registration Tables, Start/Finish Line, Water Tables, Traffic Signs, Etc. All areas around race site.

General (No Preference) Low Priority

If you plan to be at the race as a volunteer and are willing to be used as needed, please use this task. We will assign to whatever task/station may be needing filled on the day of the race.
