You will be responsible for manning one of the three tables with other volunteers during check-in to ensure check-in is smooth.

You will be responsible for passing out water bottles and ensuring the cooler stays stocked with water to pass out to participants at the beginning and end of the race.

You will be responsible for ensuring all participants know where they are traveling and that they strictly stay to the course.

Scenic Overlook Floater Low Priority

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of participants around the scenic overlook and pavilion area while also being able to guide and give direction where necessary.

You will be responsible for tending to the creativity outlet for painting rocks with any participant that chooses to paint their own rock.

Overflow Parking Lot Attendant High Priority

Details

You will be responsible for ensuring vehicle are parking in the Beaver Dam Rd. parking lot and ensuring participants know where to get on the shuttle that will transport them to the race location. When the last participant is shuttled to the event, you are welcome to hop on the shuttle to join the event festivities.

You will be responsible for ensuring all participant vehicles are legally parked and that participants know which direction to travel for check-in.

If you plan to be at the race as a volunteer and are willing to be used as needed, please use this task. We will assign to whatever task/station may be needing filled on the day of the race.
