0600-0900: Assist with course set-up, podium set-up, facilities set-up, tent set-up, clock set-up, organizing goody bags and materials
1000-1100: Stand on course to guide participants and help them stay on course.
1100-1300: Assist with time validation, goody bags, food distribution, as necessary
1300-1400: Assist with clean-up
