Details

We have two larger groups of awards: Race directors and Program directors. Please report to the stage in advance of this award. Volunteers will be needed to stand off stage and distribute premiums to the RD's and PD's as they exit the stage. Direct them through the side hallway back to the pre-event space, rather than walking in front of the stage.

Assist at checkin to make sure everyone fills our a raffle ticket. Walk around making sure no one was missed. Make sure that the raffle bin makes it to the stage prior to the start of the program.
