We have two aid stations, at C&O Canal Lock 10 and Lock 6.

Location

C&O Canal towpath, near Lock 10 and Lock 6. Runners pass each station twice (outbound and returning).

Setup the start/finish area. Greet runners and distribute bibs.

Set up and serve post-race beverages and food. Some volunteers will purchase food and drink (the day before the race) for the race and bring it with them. (The Club will reimburse these expenses.)
