Details

Photograph the event. Different photographers will be positioned at different locations during the race time. For instance, someone will photograph the start/finish line, at different locations throughout the racecourse and at different tables (registration, giveaways, coffee/snack tables.) Record video footage when able for future promotions as well.

Help navigate traffic and parking. Direct cars to designated parking areas. Greet guests as they arrive.

Details

Cheer for racers at different designated areas of the racecourse. For instance, have people at the halfway mark and finish line cheering for runners with signs. Signs can be encouraging but also include bible verses, have runners' names, etc.

Time: 8:00am-11:00am

Details

Pass out small cups of water at designated water stations. Fill up cups of water prior to racers getting to the table so that they can be handed out quickly.

Volunteers are willing to be assigned to other areas of need. This might include filling in for an area that needs extra help such as passing out water.

Volunteers will help with managing the festival afterwards. Each festival position will have a separate volunteer description sent out by The Banquet Network.
