Direct cars into the appropriate parking areas and keep traffic moving efficiently. We will have reflective vests and flags at volunteer check-in.

Registration & Packet Pick-up

The majority of participants will be pre-registered. Separate tables will be set up for picking up the race packets, t-shirts and goodie bags. The participants will come to the table to pick up their assigned race number and race materials. Once registration is completed, please assist with packing up all items.

Course Marshals (on course)

Cheer on participants as they make their way along the race route while also directing them and keeping them on course.

Greeter at Race Village

Check-in by 6:45 AM, approximate end time of 10 AM

Welcome participants into the event and direct them to the different areas of the Race Village. Answer any participant questions that come up or point them to someone that can assist with their request.

Finish Line

Check-in by 6:45 AM, approximate end time of 11 AM

Prior to event start, assist with set up and organization of finish line amenities including post race food and beverage. During the event, cheer on finishers and distribute refreshments to participants. Once everyone has completed the course, start to collect trash and tidy up finish line area.

Water Station (on course)

Check-in by 7:30 AM, approximate end time of 11 AM

We will have all of the materials on-site, when you arrive begin filling the water cups and line them on the table. As the runner pass by, hand the cups of water to the runners and collect the empty cups in the trash bags. Cheer on participants as they make their way along the race route while also distributing water.
