Race Day Packet Pickup / Late Registration

Come to Allendale Community Park on event day to help manage the packet pickup and late registration for the event. Responsibilities include set up of packet pickup, looking up bib numbers, handing out participant bib/shirt/packet, signing up new registrants, and clean up. Arrive at 7:00 am for a short training and to set up. Packet pickup is open to the public from 7:30 am - 8:20 am. The race begins at 8:30 am.

Course Marshal

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course Marshals are placed along the course to help direct runners, block/divert traffic with police support and move cones/traffic barriers in place. Course marshals will also be responsible for reporting any course issues or injuries to race staff and medical. At least 2 course marshals will be placed in each location. Volunteers must arrive to their post by 8:00 am and will be done when the last runner crosses their post.
