Will need to arrive at 6:00 a.m. to set up the packet Pick-up tables

Packet Pick up will be in the club house behind the ticket sales windows.

8:00 am EDT - 11:30 am EDT (At least 10 more needed)

arrive at 6:30 a.m. to set up water station on course, table, fill water coolers, take cups, garbage bags, gloves and rake

Pick up supplies near the ticket sales booths at Mt. Brighton. vehicle will help with transport

8:00 am EDT - 11:00 am EDT (At least 4 more needed)

arrive at 8:00 a.m. receive your radio and to be driven to your location on the course, dress appropriately for the weather.
