We need your help distributing packets and using the Race Day Check-In App to check in runners and walkers. Volunteers will arrive at 6:45 AM for a volunteer meeting and be given assignments on the race route. Volunteers will direct race participants as they run/walk the course.

Volunteers may also be assigned to the water station table. You will be asked to hand out water to race participants.

Course volunteers should be encouraging, helpful, and enthusiastic.

Ride ahead of the runners to lead the 1.75 mile and 5K course.

Ensure participants stay on the correct route.

Maintain a steady pace in front of the lead runner.

Communicate with race officials if any issues arise on the course for the 1.75 mile and 5K.
