We will need a cashier, Race packet distributor, Check registrants in and keep track on sheet.

Water Stations High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Various stations will be set up to hand out a banana and cup of water throughout the race trail

First Aid Stations High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We will have a station set up for first aid

Concession Stands

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

We will have Gatorade, water bottles, fruit and protein bars to distribute for the participants.

Start and finish Line workers High Priority

Minimum met, 4 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Move runners/walkers to the start line. Help keep strollers, wheel chairs at the rear of the pack.

Clean Up

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Help clean up after the event

Course Workers

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stationed along corners to help direct runners and walkers and keep them on course

Trouble Desk

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Make the decision on how to handle those who say that they have sent in their registration but did not receive. List any changes in participant information. Make decisions on other issues as they appear.
