We LOVE the heroes behind the scenes — our Volunteers!

Volunteers are needed on Friday afternoon from 4:00PM - 6:30PM to help with early packet pick-up. You will be checking participants in, handing out packets, opening medals, and any other last minute race tasks that need completed.

As a thank you, you'll receive an event shirt as well as your choice of a free race registration *(applies to any race in the Spicer Orchards Race Series)*

A few requirements:
• Must be 13 years or older
• Must be able to be on time and stay for the entire duration of the shift
• Must be able to move around as needed throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
• Smiles are a must :)

All the 'how-to' details will be explained during your volunteer shift.

* If you prefer to use your own cell phone versus a tablet - you will need to download the RunSignup "RaceDay Check-In" mobile app on your phone prior to your shift (available on Apple and Android). Link will be in your confirmation email!

After parking, please head to Spicer's Farm Market. Just look for the tall teardrop banner that reads "Packet Pick-Up"!

Volunteers are needed on Saturday morning from 6:15AM - 9:30AM to help with Race Day packet pick-up. You will be checking participants in, handing out packets, opening medals, and any other last minute race tasks that need completed.

As a thank you, you'll receive an event shirt as well as your choice of a free race registration *(applies to any race in the Spicer Orchards Race Series)*

We LOVE the heroes behind the scenes — our volunteers!

Volunteers are needed on Saturday morning from 8:15AM - 11:45AM to help with course marshaling and clean-up tasks. These include directing runners on course, handing out finisher medals, picking up signage and cones that mark the course, water cups, and any other help that's needed to clear the course as well as the festival area! Come prepared for a light workout, as you will cover the entire 3.1-mile race course and help move equipment.
