Registration Table

Details

On the race day prior to the start of the race, we will work to fill packets for pre-registered runners and sign up same day runners. Time: 7:00AM - 9:30AM.

Water Stations

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers will fill water cups and provide water to our runners. They will work at one of three water stations on the course. Time: 8:00AM - 10:30AM.

Pre-race Setup

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

This group will start early and make sure everything is set up throughout the course - from the mileage markers to parking and water stations. Time: 6:30AM - 9:00AM.

* if interested you could then run the race after setup is complete

Course Marshals

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers are stationed around the race course and are responsible for directing runners and vehicular traffic to ensure the safety of our participants. 8:00AM - 10:00AM.

Food Table

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers prepare food for our runners, set up our food tables, and ensure that the food tables are always well stocked for our runners after the race. Time: 8:30AM - 10:30AM.

Parking / Traffic Marshals

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers help direct both vehicular and pedestrian traffic the morning of the event. They are active before and during the event providing directions to parking lots or alternate routes through the park. Time: 7:00AM - 9:00AM.

Cheerleaders

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Cheerleaders will cheer on participants at the start and finish lines. Time: 8:30AM - 10:30AM.
