Race Day Packet Pickup

Details

Come to Johnson Park on event day to help manage the packet pickup for the event. Responsibilities include set up of packet pickup, looking up team information, handing out participant shirt/passports and clean up. Arrive at 3:30pm for a short training and to set up. Packet pickup is open to the public from 4:30 - 5:50pm. The race begins at 6pm.

Float

Details

The volunteers who will be floating will be walking around Johnson Park, answering any questions participating may have, helping out where you see fit and being the eyes and ears if anyone needs help while participating in Kids Adventure Challenge.

Checkpoint Volunteers

Details

Those volunteering at the checkpoints will be in charge of facilitating the different activities for the teams. The supplies and instructions will be laid out for you on the day of the event to run each checkpoint.

Aid Stations

Details

Aid Station volunteers will be responsible for setting up the aid stations, passing out water, and cleaning up the aid station during / after the event is complete. 15-20 volunteers are needed for the aid stations.
