As a member of the Set-Up Crew, you help bring the event to life! Your role is essential to ensuring everything is in place before runners arrive. Responsibilities include:

- Setting Up Tents & Tables: Assist with assembling tents, tables, and chairs at key areas (registration, water stations, finish line, etc.).

- Placing Signage: Help position directional signs, sponsor banners, and mile markers along the course.

- Organizing Race Materials: Lay out bibs, shirts, medals, water, and other race essentials at appropriate stations.

- Assisting Vendors: Provide support to vendors or partners setting up in the event area.

- Creating a Welcoming Environment: Make sure everything is neat, accessible, and ready for participants and spectators.

Thanks to your hard work, the race can start smoothly and safely!

- Breaking Down Tents, Tables & Chairs: Safely disassemble and pack up all event equipment and supplies.

- Collecting Signage & Course Materials: Remove directional signs, banners, mile markers, and other materials from the course and venue.

- Packing Up Race Gear: Help organize leftover items such as medals, bibs, water bottles, or merchandise.

- Cleaning Up the Area: Ensure the space is cleaner than we found it.

- Assisting Vendors: Support vendors or partners with their tear-down needs if requested.

As a Drink Server, you help celebrate the finish line in style! Your role is to serve beverages safely and responsibly while keeping the energy fun and festive. Responsibilities include:

- Serving Margaritas & Other Beverages: Pour and serve drinks to participants, following age verification protocols where required. (you do not need to mix drinks)

- Checking IDs: Ensure all alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over by checking valid identification.

- Keeping the Area Clean & Stocked: Maintain a tidy serving area and restock cups, napkins, and beverages as needed.

- Engaging with Participants: Be friendly, welcoming, and help keep the post-race vibe upbeat and enjoyable.

- Following Safety Guidelines: Serve responsibly and report any issues or concerns to event staff promptly.

As part of the ID Check and Drink Ticket team, you help ensure alcohol service runs smoothly, safely, and legally. You’re the first stop for participants looking to enjoy a post-race margarita—thank you for setting the tone! Responsibilities include:

- Verifying Age: Check valid, government-issued photo IDs to confirm attendees are 21+ before they receive a wristband or can purchase drink tickets.

- Distributing Wristbands: Apply wristbands to eligible attendees to indicate they are of legal drinking age.

- Selling Drink Tickets: Sell drink tickets to wristbanded attendees. Track sales as instructed and handle cash or electronic payments securely and accurately.

- Answering Questions: Provide clear info about drink limits, pricing, or where to redeem tickets.

- Maintaining a Friendly, Professional Attitude: Be welcoming while firmly enforcing ID and ticket policies.

- Watching for Safety & Compliance: Politely deny service to anyone without proper ID or showing signs of intoxication, and alert staff if needed.

- Answering Questions: Provide information about the race schedule, course layout, parking, and where to find key areas like the start line or bathrooms.

- Helping with On-Site Registration: Assist with late registrations as directed by race staff.

- Keeping the Area Organized: Maintain a clean and efficient check-in space and restock materials as needed.

- Handing out drinks to runners as they pass.

- Cheering and encouraging participants to keep spirits high.

- Monitoring the station for any runners who may need assistance.

- Cleaning up the area after the last runner passes, including disposing of cups and trash properly.
