Water Stop Coordinator

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

The water stop coordinator will help manage the volunteers for all the water stops along the route. This person will help coordinate the setup of the water stops, the management of the volunteers working the water stops, ensure the water stops functioning throughout the race, and the oversight of the breakdown of the water stops.

Water Stop Volunteer

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

This volunteer will work one of the water stops along the course. This person will report to the Water Stop Coordinator. Duties include, handing out water to race participants during the duration of the race, helping setup and tear down their designated water stop, and also have FUN.

General Volunteer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

A general volunteer is willing to help support the race in any way needed to ensure a successful event. The General Volunteer will report the the race coordinator.

Road Guards

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Will ensure traffic is stopped when runners are crossing also ensure that traffic slows down when passing runners. Each Road Guard is required to have a cell phone with them at all times.

Finish Food and Water

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Ensure a plentiful amount of food and water is stocked at all times at the finishing table. Maintain cleanliness of surrounding area. Ensure trash is picked up and disposed of after event is finished.
