Wear the "Sting" mascot costume and interact with kids in the stadium lot before, during, and after 1M race, then during Tot Race, which should end around 2pm.

Details

Accompany the person wearing the "Sting" mascot costume and make sure they can get around okay. Help them interact with kids and make sure the kids aren't damaging the costume.

Bounce House Monitors

Details

Monitor kids getting in/out of the bounce house to help them do so safely. Make sure too many kids aren't in it at once. Help with event cleanup once activities end.

Cake Walk

Parking Lot Monitor (East/Upper)

Monitor who is able to enter stadium lot at East/Upper (school-side) entrance/gate. Direction/list will be provided.

Parking Lot Monitor (West/Lower)

Handicapped Parking Shuttle

Drive golf cart between handicapped parking in the upper lot and the main lot, giving rides to those who need it. Help people in/out of the cart as necessary.

Race Route Ambassadors

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

You will be assigned a specific location along the 1M race route to help direct runners/walkers and to cheer them on. Help clean up route after race is done.

1M Route Tail

Change out bags in trash/recycling receptacles as needed. Clean up and wipe tables under tent in main lot as people come and go. Just generally keep the parking lot area as clean as possible.
