Saturday - Event Location Setup High Priority

Volunteer Job Description:
• Help Set up the Photography Booth: help with the backdrop for the photo booth and any other setup the photographer may have.
• Help Hang the Sponsor Banners: sponsor banners will be hung from the stadium seating using plastic ties. We usually have 3 or 4 to hang.
• Set up Tent and Tables: We usually have 3 or 4 folding tables that need to be set up for our Packet Pick-up and Late Registration
• Help Set Up Lottery Drawing Table
• Set Out Orange Cones & Waste Basket & liners
• Set up Refreshment Table - put all the water, snacks, and baskets on or near the table
• Set Up Thank You Signs: place these signs along the first 1/4 mile of the route.

Volunteer Job Description:
• Handle late registrations, collect fees, & pass out a bib, pins, and Swag Bag & 3 lottery tickets to paid participants only
• If we have extra T-shirts, they can have one as long as all pre-registered participants get a shirt.
• Check-in for pre-registered participants - check off the list, and give them a Swag Bag, t-shirt, bib, pins & 3 lottery tickets.
• Direct everyone to the raffle table!
*This position requires people who are VERY DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, SOLUTION-ORIENTED, CALM, and LEVEL-HEADED. As we get closer to the starting time this area will be very busy.

Location: Back of Three Rivers Fire Station

*You will be given a yellow traffic vest to wear.

Volunteer Job Description:
• Each volunteer will be assigned a location along the 5k / 1 Mile courses.
• The Water Station Volunteers: David and Jaden Hasse
• Direct & cheer runners and walkers keeping them on course using voice and hand signals.
• Dress up in a Superhero costume if you would like Bring water and a chair if you'd like to sit down in between participants.

Swag Bag and T-shirt Prep High Priority

• Organize T-shirts - according to size - make sure Youth sizes are all together and labeled.
• Organize T-shirts into two groups - Reserved sizes for pre-registered participants and the other group will be called the remaining T-shirts

Water Stop - 5k Turn Around High Priority

Location: Behind the Three Rivers Fire Station – You will be directed from there
2 Volunteers Needed

Volunteer Job Description:
• Man the turn-around point for water stops by filling water cups and passing out water to the runners
• A Hook and Ladder Fire Truck will be at this stop!
• 4 Large jugs of iced water
• 6 oz cups - 300
• 2 waste baskets (from Jeanie Wiedenbeck), plastic bags and 2 bricks to prevent baskets blowing away
