-Assistance to sponsors taking down booths
-Assistance with garbage/recycling removal
-Any additional clean-up responsibilities

Water Station - Buffalo Ridge Run

Details

Volunteers will stand at both the beginning/ending water station and the halfway water station. They will fill up water cups and pass them out to runners going by. They will also handle any re-filling necessary for the water coolers. Once all runners have finished with the station, these volunteers are responsible for helping take-down coolers and returning to event site.

Pre-Registration Check In - Buffalo Ridge Run

Details

Volunteers will be in charge of keeping participant bibs, entry forms & t-shirts in order and passing them out to participants when they come to register. Bibs will be in alphabetical order already, however there will be some last-minute registrants that will need to have bib & t-shirt packets put together for them as well. Volunteers will also be in charge of recording any mistakes made during registration on Change sheets to ensure that all participants' results are published correctly.

Carnival Game Operator - Buffalo Ridge Run

Details

We have multiple small carnival games (duck pond match, ring bottle toss, plinko, etc) that we will need to have volunteers run. These will be set up between our sponsor booths in order to draw attraction and crowds into our sponsors. Some games are being hosted by sponsors, however we still have some that we need volunteers to run. We have small prizes that we will provide you to hand out to the winners throughout the day.

We will have rolling street closures so we will need multiple directors for all of the different intersections throughout the route.
