Winter Loops Packet Pick Up/Registration

Shift is 11:30 - 3 pm. Pick up is located inside the Nature Center. Check in with Krista when arriving. Please bring mobile phone/download Raceday Check in app.

River Bends Burgess-Shadbush Nature Center; 4101 River Bends Dr. Shelby Twp. Park in general lot.

Winter Loops : Tend Fire

Minimum met.

Details

Shift is 12pm-4pm. All supplies will be provided. Start and tend the fire pit outside/behind Nature Center.

Winter Loops/Snowmoon: Tend Fire

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Shift is 4pm-8pm. All supplies will be provided. Tend the fire pit outside/behind Nature Center.

Winter Loops: Food & Beverage

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Shift 12-4; Cook & Serve soup; set up and tend beverages; Dress for the weather as this will be set up outside; will provide opportunities to warm up by fire or inside

Winter Loops/Snowmoon 5K: Food & Beverage

Shift 4-8pm; Cook & Serve soup; tend beverages; set up and supervise s'mores table; clean up; will provide opportunities to warm up by fire or inside; will provide opportunities to warm up by fire or inside

Winter Loops: Sweeper/Pick Up Course

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Shift: 4pm-5pm; Sweep race and pick up flags/cones/signs on 2.3 mile loop. This will be an outdoor position. Please wear appropriate footwear for weather conditions.

Snowmoon 5K: Photographer

Minimum met.

Details

Shift 4:30pm-7pm; take photos of start/finish and other ancillary activities. Post on social media. Upload on Runsign up site (direction will be provided). This is an outdoor position; please dress appropriately. Opportunities to go inside and warm up will be provided!

Snowmoon 5K: Packet Pick Up/Registration

Shift is 4 - 7:30 pm. Check in runners; distribute medals at finish line; Pick up is located inside the Nature Center. Finish line is outdoors. Please dress appropriately for weather. Check in with Krista when arriving. Please bring mobile phone/download Raceday Check in app.

Snowmoon 5K: Sweeper/Pick Up Course

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Shift: 7:15pm-7:45pm; Sweep race and pick up flags/cones/signs on 1.5 mile loop (will follow last participants on 2nd loop). This will be an outdoor position. Please wear headlamp and appropriate footwear for weather conditions.
