Setup - Flexible hours

Details

Volunteers will assist with setting up the Course, Aid Stations, Finish Line and Race Village area. Duties will include setting up tables and chairs, placing trash cans, setting up the finish line truss, hanging banners/signs, etc. Flexible hours, leave your availability in the notes.

Help check in volunteers, hand out volunteer t-shirts, course maps, lanyards and instructions for their positions.

Race Day Registration/Packet Pick Up

Details

Check in runners & walkers, giving them their race bib, safety pins, and shirt.
Participants have the option of leaving their items at the Bag Drop Tent. Volunteers will help collect items and watch over them.

Tear down & Clean Up

Details

Help disassemble the Finish Line area, take down tables & chairs, clean up litter, and generally leave the area as if we were never there. Gloves, trash bags and supplies will be provided.
