Details

Stationed at the main entrance to Lake Elmo Park Reserve (10 & Keates Ave). There will be a 4x8ft sign there. Encourage people to come into the park to see our race event. You will need to bring the banner to the main shelter area of the event and set up next to the raffle scooter, time is TBD.

1- If they are here for our race?
2- If they are a racer, volunteer, or a spectator?

Spectator- Nordic Center Parking Lot

Spectators will need a $7 parking pass.

-One will be on the road directing people into the parking lot & providing directions for them to walk to the event.
-One will be helping to direct parking, and point them to the other volunteer for directions to the event.
