Packet pickup at Iron trail motors event center on Friday evening from 4pm-8pm. Volunteer will hand out race packets to participants for 5k and half marathon during this time

Water Table - Location 1 High Priority

Details

Water table volunteer slot which will need 2-3 volunteers per table at each location. You will be contacted via email or phone after signing up - coordination meetings will be scheduled to prepare for the event. Water, table, cups, etc will be provided to you the day of the event. Please report for duty at 6am at packet pickup spot in ITMEC, and have water table setup in your location by 7am. Duty will conclude once final runner passes your table, or by 11am whichever is sooner.

Road Guard - 5K High Priority

Road guard needed for 5k race which will be located around 5k route (silver lake area). Report to packet pickup at 5pm on Friday for high vis gear, volunteer shirt, and instructions for road guard duty. Position will likely be done around 7pm.

Road Guard - Half Marathon High Priority

Details

Road guard needed for Half Marathon race. Report to packet pickup area in Iron Trail Motors event center at 6am on saturday morning for communication regarding road guard position. hi vis and volunteer shirt will be provided at this time. Duty to concluded by 11am.

Water Table - Location 2

Water table volunteer slot which will need 2-3 volunteers per table at each location. You will be contacted via email or phone after signing up - coordination meetings will be scheduled to prepare for the event. Water, table, cups, etc will be provided to you the day of the event.
