Check in runners, hand out swag, race bibs, and t-shirts, and answer race questions - or direct them to Brooke & Rob. You will be using the racedaycheckin app. You can download this app to your phone, or use our tablets at the race.

Water Table - 3 Mile Medium Priority

Fill and hand out water cups and sports drinks to racers. You will also direct them along the course. The 3 Mile water table is at Colby Lake Park and will be done right around 9:00am.

Water Table - Powers Lake High Priority

Fill and hand out water cups and sports drinks to racers. The Powers Lake location is an INTEGRAL spot along the race course. Volunteers will be managing waters AND directing racers where to go. Half marathoners come through this location twice and 10k racers come through once. This is an excellent spot for kids (with adult led supervision) as there is a playground and bathrooms. This is a popular spot for spectators.

Water Table & Road Crossing - Interlachen High Priority

Road Crossing Guard & Cheer Squad - Clippership High Priority

Assist runners in crossing the road safely, in the right location, and going the right direction at Clippership Drive. Racers pass this section twice. This is a quiet backstreet with minimal cars. Will require communicating with Brooke via WhatsApp throughout the race.

Half Marathon Sweeper High Priority

This person will need to come in last place following the last runner/walker. You will also be in charge of telling volunteers the course is cleared and texting Brooke via WhatsApp every mile with your progress.

10k Sweeper High Priority

Your job would be to help guide runners through some of the more challenging corners of the course By simply standing, pointing, and cheering them on. We will provide the location you will be at as we get closer.
