Shift one volunteers are responsible for helping set up the packet pick-up area, which includes tables, tee shirts, glow kits, race bibs, etc. in addition to passing out materials to participants. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive early for their shifts.

Friday Packet Pick Up - Shift 2: 3-6:30 pm

Shift two volunteers will assist with clearing down after the event, in addition to passing out materials to participants.

Event Day Packet Pick Up 5-8 p.m.

Details

Event day packet pick-up volunteers are responsible for helping set up and clear down for the event, in addition to passing out materials to all registered participants.

Hydration Station

Details

Volunteers are responsible for setting up and clearing down the aid station, in addition to passing out water cups to participants. Please arrive early for your shift, and check in at the packet pick-up area to be directed towards your table.

Medal Volunteers

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will unwrap and set out medals and distribute them to race finishers. Volunteers should check in at the packet pick-up area before beginning shifts.

Finish Line Food and Water Volunteers

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are responsible for setting up tables and unpacking food for participants after the race, in addition to clearing down after the last runner completes the course. Food volunteers may be asked to assist with medals and water set up.
