Friday Packet Pick Up - Shift 1 (11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)

Details

Shift One volunteers will be responsible for helping set up for packet pick-up, in addition for working packet pick-up tables. Volunteer tasks range from helping process new registrations to distributing tee shirts to passing out race bibs and glow kits.

Friday Packet Pick Up - Shift 2 (3 p.m.-6:30 p.m.)

Second shift volunteers will be responsible for helping clear down packet pick-up, in addition to distributing tee shirts, race bibs, glow kits and helping with registration.

Event Day Packet Pick Up (6-9 p.m.)

Details

Packet pick-up volunteers will be responsble for helping set up and clear down packet pick-up, in addition to helping distribute tee shirts, race bibs and glow kits to participants.

Glow Zone Monitor (7:30-11 p.m.)

At least 13 more volunteers needed.

Details

Glow Zone monitors will be stationed at intervals along the course, and will help cheer on and direct participants onto the proper route.

Hydration Station (7:30-11 p.m.)

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Hydration Station volunteers are responsible for helping set up the water station table, distribute water cups to participants, and for clearing down afterward. All litter surrounding the table must be gathered and stored in a provided trash bag.

Race Medal Volunteer (7:30-11 p.m.)

Details

These volunteers are responsible for setting up the medal tables, as well as unwrapping medals and distributing them to those who complete the event.

Food/Water Volunteer (7:30-11 p.m.)

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers are responsible to stocking the snack table, as well as filling tubs with water bottles and ice, and disposing of all wrapping and litter associated with the task.
