The dinner coordinator will bring a folding table to the event, make ticket system for dinner in advance, run cash box, pickup pizza, and help serve dinner.

The Dinner Coordinator will receive free race entry for their immediate family.

Drink Coordinator High Priority

Details

The drink coordinator will pickup water and other drinks for race, set aside enough for dinner orders, buy ice and fill coolers and deliver to the race.

The Drink Coordinator will receive free race entry for their immediate family.

Glow Party Coordinator

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

The Glow Party Coordinator will set prices and a system for selling glow items after the race, run the sales at the table and bring a table for setup to the race.
