Cheer on runners and walkers to energize and motivate them as they achieve goals! Be loud and have fun! Cheer stations are designated at points along the route on sidewalks, on public rights of way, and residential areas. We encourage groups to volunteer as a cheer station.

Set up and take down water station tables, fill cups with water before race begins, keep cups filled and ready to go, hand out cups to runners and walkers as they move through, clean up discarded cups, etc. We encourage groups to volunteer as a water station.
