Route safety ambassadors will ride along with the group and serve as a resource to ther riders in the following ways:
- Set a good example by following the rules of the road and Trailnet safety's standards, which will be shared with you in advance
- Assist riders with fixing flat tires or call for help with more serious mechanical issues or injuries
- Know the route and guide groups along the route if groups are seperated by traffic lights, pace or other factors
