EVENT DAY SETUP High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

unloading, organizing, setting up tents, tables, chairs & activities. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and lift up to 10 pounds.

EVENT DAY BREAKDOWN High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

assist with clearing route one last runner completes race - collapsing tables, chairs, and tents on route, removing signs and decorations. Pack up crates with event supplies, support all clean up efforts to exit park by 11:30 pm

DECORATION CREW High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

assist with setting up decorations inside of commons area - lights, tent decorations, kids 1 mile fun area, photo backdrop prop area, etc.

RACE PACKET AND TSHIRT PICKUP

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

greet teams as they arrive. give packet and tshirts to people already registered.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION/CHECKIN

Minimum met.

Details

you will register people on site at the event for the race. No tshirt for same day registration.

1 MILE FUN RUN HOST AND HELPERS High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

assist runners along the course and cheer them on with glowing enthusiasm. 2 people in inflatables? Cheerleaders welcome! Must be a hype person ready to get the 1 milers excited!!

WATER STATION SERVER Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

organize and manage your water tent station - serve water at the mid-route water station (water in cups) or the finishers water station (bottled water and fruit)

FUN ZONE PREP AREA Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Face painting, applying temporary tattoos, accessory sales. Collecting venmo/paypal for items.

PHOTO PROP ATTENDANT

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assist with taking photos for runners with their cameras! Engage children, families, and teams for fun memory making snapshots

VOLUNTEER FLOATER

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

This is a necessary role! Someone flexible and able to assist with immediate needs - helping cover an area, location a person or item, making sure areas are running smoothly, etc. Must be able to work with a fast pace!

LITTER PATROL AND ICE/WATER DELIVERY

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

maintain trash debris and stationary cans throughout the park, pick up ice and all ice coolers and ice down waters

RAFFLE TENT/TABLE Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.
