Aid Station Volunteer -Top of Bike Course

Details

Attend to the aid station on the bike course. Relay any information to main base camp. This does require driving (or being driven) up there. The night shift is 11-7:30, drive your own vehicle up with camping supplies or we can shuttle you up to spend the night. Note: overnight shifts are not required to stay awake, just be there in case a rider needs to communicate with the base area.

Dinner Assistant

Help the catering company set up, distribute, and clean up after meals. Take payment for any additional meals and check for meal wristbands.

Course Clean Up

ride, run, or hike the bike and running loops to take down flagging and signage. 10:00am-2:00pm start when/where ever!

Breakfast Assistant

Aid Station -Bike & Run

The hottest and coolest aid station on the course. The hub of the action is the aid station right at the yellow cattle guard! Get runners and riders stoked for the last part of their loop. Walk from camp or hitch a ride on a side-by-side (no driving personal vehicles to this spot). The night shift is 11-7:30, drive your own vehicle up with camping supplies or we can shuttle you up to spend the night. Note: overnight shifts are not required to stay awake, just be there in case a rider needs to communicate with the base area.

Finish Line Stoke

Hang out at the finish line for 2 hours and help folks record their laps, refill bottles, answer questions, and bring the stoke! Cowbell and bluetooth speaker provided!

The Water & Snack Table Mule

Make sure the water jugs and snack table thefinish line are always full with water, ice and/or electrolytes and snacks are organized, clean, protected from the elements etc

Welcome folks to Elk Basin, get waiver signed, packets and race info to participants as they pull up then direct them to our parking volunteers!

Like getting kids fired up to race? Be in charge of getting the next generation to the starting line! Help with organizing the start and finish of the small kids loop and handing out prizes.
