Check in pre-registered runners. Distribute bib numbers. Distribute jerseys. As appropriate distribute the M's and J's. After the race, collect the jerseys that were loaned out only. After the race help runners who chose to buy their jersey. They can purchase via the RSU online store, or they can pay by cash or check.
