Details

Meet at South Park at 8:15 am. At South Park, you will receive training that includes:
● Assigned intersection
● How to stop traffic
● Instructions on when your task is complete
You will be checked out a scrub top, stop sign and safety vest before going to the route - please return them to the gazebo when your shift concludes.

We will be taking a volunteer photo at the gazebo at 8:25 before you head out to the course.

What to bring: Sunscreen, Water bottle, and Cell Phone

As a Course Guard you will wear a scrub top (provided) which adds to the fun and theme along the Scrub Run route! We will have accessories available at South Park’s Gazebo that you can use to add your “Scrub Run look" that morning (including scrub caps, stethoscopes, and shoe booties).

Along the route please cheer on the participants and show off your Scrub Run Volunteer pride!

Course Sweeper "Turtle"

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Please arrive by 8:00 am at South Park (near the gazebo). We will provide each of you with a map of the route. You will also be checked out a Scrub top, and safety vest before going to the route - please return them to the gazebo when your shift concludes.

You will be responsible for:
● Making sure that you are the last person on the route.
● Letting each course guard know as you go by that you are the last participants and they should meet at South Park to turn in their materials (Sign & Vest).
It is very important that you follow the entire route.

We will be taking a volunteer photo at the gazebo at 8:25am if you are able to join us.

What to bring: Sunscreen, Water bottle, and Cell Phone

You will get to wear a fun scrub top (provided) to help our course look like a Scrub Run route! We will have accessories available at the gazebo that you can use to add "your Scrub Run look" that morning. (including scrub caps, stethoscopes, and shoe booties). Please feel free to bring anything else you'd like to include to add to the fun.

Finish Line Champions

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

You will be responsible for giving each participant that crosses the finish line a cooling towel. Please cheer on the participants as they cross the finish line.

We will be taking a volunteer photo at the gazebo at 8:25 before you head out to the course.

Details

Snack volunteers please meet at RiverStone Health Foundation at 6:15am before heading to South Park at 6:30 am.
You will be responsible for:
● Picking up donated food items
● Getting Food, Water and paper products to the park
● Set up & taking down snack area at South Park
● Put out the water
● Setting up the Bee Traps
● Supervising the Snack & Water area
● Keeping Snack and Water area clean

We will be taking a volunteer photo at the gazebo at 8:25am if you are able to join us.

● Coordination of all volunteers & vendors
● Tracking Volunteer Time
● Distributing Volunteer "Just in Time" training
● Overseeing Park Set up
● General information for Participants & Volunteers
● Information clearing house

We will be taking a volunteer photo at the gazebo at 8:25am if you are able to join us.
