Details

Please be at your designated location by 8:30.
Water station equipment/materials will be at the location.
Start filling cups to have as many as possible ready for runners.
Race starts at 9:00 a.m.
Have garbage cans placed so runners can place their cups in the garbage.
Please stay at your location until the sweepers have gone by. They will let you know who they are.
At that point, please clean up the station and materials will be picked up by our team.

Details

Collect your volunteer shirt, noodle, and neon vest.

Get location of your assignment. Map will be provided.

Proceed to street address.

Ensure runners are safe as they pass. Stop a runner before going into the street if a car is near.

Do NOT go in the street. Stop runners NOT cars.

Stay at location until run sweepers pass.

Sweepers will collect your materials from you.


You must be 16 years or older to be a non-certified flagger.

Various locations along course, check in at Gallatin Valley Mall on Thursday from 4-8pm, speak with Ashley this week in person or check-in early at the Volunteer station race morning for your street assignment.

Details

Meet at the Color Me Fun registration table at 10:00 am. This is located at the west end of the Gallatin Valley Mall parking lot.

You will meet with a member(s) of the race committee for exact tasks to be completed.

Complete tasks/cleanup. Should be completed by 12:00 p.m. or earlier.

Please ask someone in an orange volunteer shirt if you have any questions.

Graphic Design and Marketing High Priority

Details

Our committee needs help with getting the word out about the most fun run in Bozeman! We are looking for someone to help layout and design posters, flyers and layout our banner and t-shirt sponsors. This work can be done at home at odd-hours but does require Adobe Illustrator or other vector-compatible design software.

Elementary School Marketing and Ambassador Medium Priority

Details

Meet with local elementary school parent organizations and/or staff to share how all schools can benefit from the race. Deliver race flyers and materials to schools.

Race Committee High Priority

You must be 18-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

Join our Race Committee and take part in the decision making process and take on a sub-committee role such as volunteers, race logistics, marketing, registration etc. We generally meet Tuesdays or Wednesdays in the evening.
