Bike Course : Overlook Shelter Medium Priority

Details

You will be stationed at the overlook just above the 4 shaft houses. There is a small shelter there with a table and chairs. You will hand out bottles of water.

We would like 2 people here. One person at the shelter/turn around handing out water. One person at the road flagging traffic.

Bike Course: Flag Traffic at turn around

Details

You will be stationed at the overlook just above the 4 shaft houses. There is a small shelter there with a table and chairs. This volunteer will be out on the crest of the hill flagging traffic, making traffic aware.

Run Turnaround Medium Priority

Details

You will first be at the half way point for the duathlon at the start of the race. This will be located right at the former Stillwater Brew building. After this portion is concluded, you will drive in to the Downstream campground area for the run turn around. You will pass out water at both locations.

Location

During the first half hour, stationed near Stillwater Brew.
Then move to Kiwanis Park, Downstream Campground to the back the park.

Hose Feet / Medal Handout Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This volunteer will hose the sand off feet at the top of the stairs.
Additionally, place medals around finishers necks as they cross the finish line.

General Race Director Help Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assisting the RD with all phases of the triathlon. Taking pictures of participants, helping participants with course information, etc.
