Details

Meet at the Fort on Friday May 5, from 9 AM - 3 PM. Stuffing Swag Bags, sorting T-Shirts for approximately 300 runners. Do not need to be there for the whole time. Sign up for whatever time you can. Please call the park office for more info.

May 6 from 7-8:30. For Pre-Registered Participants: hand out pre-assigned bibs along with arm bands, safety pins. Answer questions. This is a hectic, but short-lived period of time. Must be at the Fort by 7 and work entire time til race starts. Please call the park office for more info.

May 6 from 7-8:30. For Late Registering of Participants: MUST HAVE SOME COMPUTER SKILLS. Assist with electronic registration by tablet, computer or phone. Collect registration fees. Assign bib numbers and enter that number into the computer. Give out assigned bibs along with arm bands, safety pins. Answer questions. This is a hectic, but short-lived period of time. Must be at the Fort by 7 and work entire time til race starts . Please call the park office for more info.

Food and Water High Priority

Details

May 6, 7:30 to 9 or so. Slice oranges in half; separate bananas; put bottles of water into coolers of ice. When racers return point out the location of water and fruit. Get water for those in need. Keep orange skins and empty water bottles picked up. Please call the park office for more info.

May 6, 8:30 to 9 or so. Police the area around the start line, picking up orange & banana peels and plastic bottles. Helping racers take off their bibs and collecting the safety pins. Please call the park office for more info.
