Ensure that there are volunteers at every 1/4 mile along the 3.1 mile trail. These volunteers should cheer runners/walkers as they pass them along the trials; direct traffic flow to the right direction and be in communication with Race Director for safety purposes.

Prepare for the race by setting up Registration Table, Post-Race Table, ensure START/FINISH line banners are securely placed between trees.

Help the crowd entertained; Set up speakers, microphone, music.

Lead the "for the fun" runners/walker along the trail to ensure the course map is followed properly.
